Are you tired of how you are feeling? Feeling stuck, not sure where to go or how to change, really wanting things to be different in your life? You’ve found the right place. I offer one on one support for adults in a warm, supportive environment where you can explore challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, & relationship issues to make meaningful change in your life. I specialize working with neurodivergent & queer folx and older adults. I help by supporting you to unlock your beliefs and how they are holding you back, not just by identifying what is going on or why, but by figuring out how to change it. Because knowing and changing are two different things. Let’s make the change you want to see in your life.
Are you ready to feel more connected, understood, and whole as a family? I offer family support to help you improve communication, strengthen your relationship(s), & navigate challenges within the family system. It is my goal to create a safe, respectful space where each of you feel heard and supported while getting to work on patterns that aren’t serving you. Utilizing a Structural Family Therapy and attachment theory approach, I work to identify and encourage reworking of unhelpful patterns to bring you & your family back together. In today’s cutoff culture, we lose the opportunity to repair relationships. I want to help you make your relationships meaningful again, not break bonds. Repair is possible as long as you want it.

What to expect
Before our first appointment, you may request a free brief consultation call where I can answer questions that you may have, assure mutual schedule availability, insurance network status, good fit, etc. To then book the first appointment, either in person at my office location or via Telehealth, I will collect information from you to set up a chart and send via email with instructions to complete your profile and review and acknowledge via electronic signature practice policies, to be completed before our first appointment.
Our first appointment will consist of an intake assessment, where I will gather information from you about what brings you to therapy at this time, any relevant history, what you hope to achieve out of therapy, answer questions you may have, etc. The first appointment may feel more structured and question-focused, as it is designed to get to know you and your goals and establish our plan together. If at the completion of the intake assessment it is determined that I do not have the appropriate knowledge, skills, or abilities to support you I will provide that information to you as well as referrals to alternate providers. I want to assure you meet your goals, and that means being honest if I feel I am not the person to assist you with that.
After the intake appointment, we will meet for ongoing therapy appointments at the frequency that is mutually agreed upon. These appointments are booked for an hour but are delivered in 53-55 minutes, typically on a weekly or biweekly basis. Therapy appointments may include things like periodic symptom screeners for monitoring of changes and needs, talk therapy, development of out of session tasks, etc.
Full policy details are available by request and are provided prior to the intake appointment for review and acknowledgement. Questions you may have pertaining to expectations or policies are welcome and I encourage you to reach out. Policies and expectations are subject to change at any time and I will make said information available as soon as reasonably able.
I welcome you to join me in my calming office space. Feel free to come hang out by the water fountain, take a relaxing break before or after your session, & enjoy the beautiful courtyard with benches & covered tables for a quick bite or favorite drink.
Available by appointment only. Parking is provided, including Handicap Accessible parking and a wheelchair accessible ramp.
